The overall visual theme is the circus and the artist is the ringmaster, it’s creative and fun and shows the artist in a different way.

It appeals to the TA because it’s fun, young and girly just like the artist and it expresses that in the poster.

Yes the advert has reflected the ethos of the band as the advert is quite magical and very pop star styled, with her clothes matching the theme and the new album.
- It is a simple promotional advert [i.e. an image of the artist] or is it more of an artistic comment on the artist [a Photoshop effected or illustrated design], or a combination of both?
It is a combination of both as the picture of the artist is centred and with a wand in her hand and a circus tent around her, then the artistic element is that there’s is photo shopped magic dust coming from the wand and is slightly faded around the edges making seem more magical and with the wow factor.
- What is the most obvious and noticeable element? Why?
The most obvious element is the photo of the artist herself standing in the middle of the poster, promoting her as she has just come back from a break and making her seen.

- How has the font and colour of the text effected meaning to TA or reflected the band/artist or album’s meaning?
The colour of the font is red and yellow, there bright fun and bold colours also eye catching, affecting the artist personality and targeting her TA by making them shown and there exciting colours telling the TA about an element concert.

It has been laid out with album name in small from top then the artist name in huge bold lettering filling the width of the page, not in order of importance but the importance is in the size of the text.
